Registration

Early registration will open in June 2019.

Regular registration will open on the 3 February 2020.

Late or on-site registration will open on the 9 March 2020.

Registration Fees include:

Full Registration
·         Congress materials
·         Admission to all sessions, poster areas and exhibition
·         Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
·         Admission to the Welcome Reception
·         Catering during the Congress

Accompanying Person
·         Admission to Exhibition
·         Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
·         Admission to the Welcome Reception
·         Catering during the Congress

Single Day Registration
·         Congress materials
·         Admission to all sessions, poster areas and exhibition
·         Admission to the Opening Ceremony if attending first day
·         Admission to the Welcome Reception if attending first day
·         Catering on day of attendance

Student

To qualify for this category registrants must be either completing a Bachelors or Master Degree.

Registrants under the Students category are required to submit a proof of status during registration.

This can include an official letter/transcripts on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their Student ID with indication of Bachelor or Masters Studies.

Letter of Invitation for Visa

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the WVAC 2020 Congress in Auckland, New Zealand will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received.

Please contact leanne.fecser@vets.org.nz once you are registered and registration fees have been paid if you require a Letter of Invitation.

Letters of Invitations will not be issued to parties who are not registered and/or paid in full.  

Letter of Invitations will not automatically be issued; you must contact us.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the WVAC 2020 Secretariat’s email address by 9 March 2020 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a NZD150 administrative fee.

Cancellations received after 9 March 2020 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that WVAC 2020 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
